We add in all the drivers and the BIOS and the firmware that are appropriate for their technology solution. It's tested. It's burned in. The serial numbers are recorded. The warranty start dates are recorded. When they get it at their facility, it's ready to go.

David Fafel:

So our approach with our customers is to work with them, really become a trusted advisor and a part of their team to understand what their business drivers and business outcomes are and then design IT-as-a-service solutions that uniquely fit their needs and drive their outcomes.

Shane Garrett:

We want to align our process and our engagement model around what drives customer success. It's not always technology. It's not always financial. It could be around development of their staff.

David Fafel:

Many times, we're often inventing a solution which has never been created before to be able to provide that business outcome to our customer and create those unique use case-based solutions.

Shane Garrett:
